CENTRAL COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Central County Transportation Authority (CCTA) will conduct a public hearing on the proposed FY 2018 and 2019 Budgets in the Boardroom of the Metro Transit Administration Building, on September 11, 2017, at or after 11:30 a.m. local time, and that a copy of the said budget is available for inspection at the CCTA office, 530 N. Rose Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. It can also be viewed at the following link: 2018-2019 Draft CCTA Budget The property tax millage rates proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be the subject of this hearing.

Beginning Monday, August 14 until August 25 due to railroad crossing repair on Kalamazoo Avenue, Route 14 West Main will be detured outbound from the current routing of Kalamazoo Avenue & Park Street to the detour route of Willard Street to Elm Street, returning back to Kalamazoo Avenue. To board the bus in this area, use Stop #137 at Kalamazoo & Park Street or the northwest corner of Elm Street & Kalamazoo Avenue.

The CCTA will be celebrating their 50th anniversary of public transportation in Kalamazoo County during 2017.
