Starting July 20, 2026 Route 5 will expand it’s normal E Main Route, going up Nazareth to Gull Road.

A flyer is circulating claiming that Metro has made plans to discontinue routes 26 – West Centre and 27 – Romence in Portage. Read Metro’s full response here.

You may have noticed some changes happening across the street from the Kalamazoo Transportation Center. A reimagining of the property along N. Rose St. will result in new plans for the old Kalamazoo Transportation Center short-term parking lot.
