  • Monday – Friday | 8am – 6pm*
  • Saturday – Sunday | 8am – 12:30pm
                                         | 1:30pm – 6pm

* The Customer Service Desk will be closed on the following holidays:

NON-SERVICE DAYS

Metro is proud to provide transportation services to the community seven days a week. We appreciate the responsibility and trust our riders have in us to get them to their destinations and keep the city of Kalamazoo moving. We also value our employees and want to be sure they can enjoy holidays and special events with their friends and loved ones.

The Customer Service Window and administrative offices will close and no Metro buses or vans will be providing services on the following dates:

  • New Years Day | January 1
  • Memorial Day | Last Monday in May
  • 4th of July | July 4
  • Labor Day | First Monday in September
  • Thanksgiving Day | Fourth Thursday of November
  • Christmas Day | December 25
